2009 witnessed the establishment of Bank of Beirut Academy located at the heart of the Lebanese capital and equipped for trainings, simulations and testing as per international standards. Powered by the motto "Your Path to High Performance” the Academy Mission is to ensure that staff excel in delivering value service to BoB clients while at the same time have the opportunity to move up the career ladder. Curriculums offered focus on that objective and include a wide array of topics, which certify employees in their job positions.

Pioneers in Training Methodology
Along with its focus on the continuous professional development of BoB staff, The Academy supports the bank’s community outreach initiatives for educating youth through training projects initiated by and in coordination with the Retail Banking Division:
HANDS-ON BANKING course: Granting business students a Head Start with priority for recruitment, this course is offered twice a year, free of charge, with a focus on the “applied side of Retail Banking”. Certified by Senior Management and facilitated by our Heads of Departments it has so far been delivered to 230 students since its start in Feb 2014.
CAREER BOOT CAMP: Delivered in partnership with AMIDEAST over a period of 6 days, it offers university students access to mentoring and coaching, granting them a professional preparation for the job market. Started in February 2011 and till date, more than 250 students benefited from this series of free workshops.
